Norma Rodgers-Frink, BSN, RN, CCRA, ACRP-PM, RP, is a distinguished nursing leader, clinical operations manager, and advocate for the nursing profession. She began her professional journey over 40 years ago as a Licensed Practical Nurse and in 1999 earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Business Management from Bloomfield College. In 2001 she transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry and currently serves as Manager of Clinical Operations at Syneos Health, where she oversees a team of Clinical Trial Managers.
Deeply committed to service and leadership, Mrs. Rodgers-Frink joined the Raritan Valley Section of the National Council of Negro Women in 2014 and became a lifetime member in 2021.
